Parking a car for a year is expensive! Would you like to babysit it for me? Legally, I'll retain ownership, but you'll be free to use it for anything you want. It's a no frills workhorse. Plenty of room for cargo and people, and has no problem making it up to the mountains, although you'll probably want to get some tire chains/cables. Very recently serviced, and I'll make sure it's tuned up before I hand it off, so all you have to worry about is keeping it full of gas, and an oil change after 6 months or so.
You WILL need to get your own insurance.
